“No house should ever be on a hill or on anything. It should
be of the hill. Belonging to it. Hill and house should live to-
gether with each the happier for the other.”
- Frank Lloyd Wright.
The triangle is unstable, uncomfortable, and perfectly sym-
metrical. It is the true master of geometry. Its complexity in
its symmetry is what makes it the master.
Trying to design within the confines of the triangle is a chal-
lenge, but when done it creates an unrivaled symmetry and
harmony that communicates between three angles. It can be
done with equal angles or having one be desynchronised. An
outcast from two twins.
Acknowliging this allows the third - the outcast - to be com-
pletely remarkable. Standing out from the twins. Designing
this space in this idea emphasises that this space is truly
remarkable.
The third I have presented as the house of glass.
The two twins are presented as the house, a solid shape that
reflects one another, containing every amenities to the high-
est quality.
